In the past while, you may have noticed that our web site has been intermittent and generally more problematic. This was as a result of recent technical issues which we were not able to resolve in conjunction with our web hosting provider. Instead of prolonging the situation, Phaselock has taken the decision to completely rebuild its web site.
Our new web site will be implemented in phases. Each new phase will bring additional features on line. Initially, we expect that our web site would be informational only, and gradually become more interactive by offering functions such as client log-in, quotation requests, quotation tracking, invoice tracking, product look-up, e-purchasing, etc.
As our web site unfolds, in the very near future, we will bring you up to date via e-mail, e-facts - our newsletter, and in print included in our order shipments. We hope that you would bear with us during this transition period, and we apologize for the inconvenience to you.
